Reeve got to enjoy the beach well into the fall due to the warm temperatures. He loves playing in the sand with his trucks.

Reeve was a cute pumpkin this year! It was his first year walking around trying to collect candy, and it took a few houses for him to get the hang of it. But once he understood, he ran from house to house to fill up the bucket.

Like many boys, Reeve’s a fan of construction vehicles, police cars, fire trucks and ambulances. Many days each week he goes to our local construction sites (there are many!) and will happily watch the machines work. One day the workers took a break and offered for him to sit in one of the diggers and check it out. Reeve was in heaven! Then a few weeks later, we ran into our neighbor, the fireman, who informed us that kids come down to the fire station all the time to check out the fire truck and get pictures taken. Wheeee!

Reeve loves his new cat-shaped piano. It plays tons of different rhythms, lets him experiment and record his voice, and plays some pre-programmed songs. His favorite by far is the old kid’s standard BINGO. He fast-forwards through all the other songs so that he can just play that one and dance to it over and over.
