Every once in a while Reeve does this strange little backwards scoot on his butt. We like to think it’s the baby version of Michael Jackson’s moonwalk. I am thrilled I caught this on video, since he doesn’t do it often and it comes out of nowhere. So here’s to you Mr. Jackson . . . the moonscoot:

I have cute pictures too that I’ll post later. But here is Reeve and my friend Kim playing in Lake Michigan on July 13, 2009. He had a blast jumping up and down in the waves:

Yes, it’s been a while since we gave an update to Reeve’s activities and whereabaouts. So to make it up, we’re posting a lot today.

Reeve went to the east coast for his Grandpa’s 75th birthday party. We spent a few days out there and tried out many new activities:

He tried eating grass . . .

Then he accepted a new gift from Bonnie and Bob . . .

Next, adventures in swimming! We had lots of fun with Reeve in the pool. He was obsessed with the cleaning snakes that made a small fountain against the stairs . . .

And went for a walk around their neighborhood and saw cool murals.

In the past few days, Reeve seems to have developed this new facial expression. We have no idea where it came from, but we like to call it the Donald Trump face.

Reeve loves gravity games!

Reeve was very chatty today. So we decided to figure out how to upload videos tonight so you could all hear the conversation!

Reeve is a busy guy with a lot to do in his daily agenda. For example, we have to start our day practicing our standing up in the exersaucer . . .
